Who we are
This website is run by Genwayz, a Superforce company (“Genwayz”, “we”, “us”). Superforce is a web, digital marketing and automation agency founded in 2008 and based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (superforce.co). Genwayz is operated by Superforce Corp, Awfis Centre Point, 2/4, 6th, 7th & 8th Floor, Centre Point, Mount Poonamallee High Road, Manapakkam, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600089, India. Client projects are covered separately
These terms only cover the website. When we work for you, on a website build, SEO, ads, security or anything else, that work is governed by the proposal, statement of work or contract we agree with you. If those documents conflict with these terms, the project documents apply.
Prices, packages and examples on this site are general information, not an offer. A project starts only once we’ve both agreed a written proposal.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the services behind it;
- use bots or scripts to submit forms, run audits in bulk or scrape the site in a way that affects its performance;
- submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
- use the site to send spam or harmful code.
We may limit or block access to protect the site and its users.
Free tools and site audits
We offer free tools, including the llms.txt and robots.txt generator and, once it’s live, the instant site audit. They’re provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
- They’re a starting point, not professional advice. Results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Review anything you put on your website, and test it before relying on it.
- Robots and llms.txt files: you decide what goes on your site. A robots.txt rule is a request that well-behaved crawlers follow, not a guarantee, and AI companies may change how they treat these files.
- Audits: only audit websites you own or have permission to review. An audit checks what’s publicly visible at the time and doesn’t replace a full security or SEO review.
- We may change, limit or withdraw any free tool at any time.
No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings, answers and citations, and they change how they work often. We share our best knowledge and experience, but we can’t promise any particular ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, or appearance in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or any other AI or search service. Any examples of past work describe those projects only.
Content and intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, logos and code belong to Genwayz or our licensors. You may view and share pages and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy the site’s design or substantial parts of its content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Files you create with our free tools are yours to use as you wish.
Client names, logos and screenshots shown on the site belong to their owners and appear with reference to work we’ve done. Their inclusion doesn’t mean they endorse anything other than that work.
Articles and news
Our blog posts and Daily Brief summarise industry news and our opinions for general information. We try to be accurate and link to sources, but things change quickly, so check the original source and get professional advice before acting on anything important.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites for reference. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or its free tools;
- our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the site and free tools is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you’re a consumer, you keep any rights the law gives you that can’t be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in the UK, the EU or a US state with mandatory consumer protections, you still keep those protections.
